FUZMORI ships to addresses worldwide. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your AI companion arrives safely and promptly.

Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: 1-3 business days to process and ship.
  • Pre-orders: Processing time will be indicated on the product page.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (Free on orders over $50):

  • United States: 7-15 business days
  • Canada: 10-20 business days
  • Europe: 10-20 business days
  • Asia-Pacific: 5-15 business days
  • Other regions: 15-30 business days

Express Shipping (additional fee at checkout):

  • United States: 3-7 business days
  • Canada: 5-10 business days
  • Europe: 5-10 business days
  • Asia-Pacific: 3-7 business days

Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $50 USD.
  • Shipping costs for orders under $50 and express shipping are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, you may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at hyqc2024@outlook.com.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage.
  • If your package is lost in transit, contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed. We will work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a replacement.

P.O. Boxes

We can ship to P.O. Boxes via standard shipping. Express shipping may not be available for P.O. Box addresses.
